They have plenty of machines and weights. They also offer several classes. The classes are directed well and provide great workouts.
They have an indoor rock climbing wall. I wish I understood the availability of it more. But I also haven’t taken the initiative to ask so I am part responsible for not knowing.
I enjoy the pool for my lap swim.

Unfortunately, I haven't joined in on any classes! I plan to this summer.
Senior Classes. I also like Line Dance a lot.
Activities are scheduled to fit into daily activities.
Your staff is wonderful and professional with their assistance.

3. Tremendous variety of equipment for cardio and strength conditioning. There is enough equipment to accommodate demand even on the busiest days

6. The February fitness challenge (come to the Y a certain number of days to earn a T-shirt and braggin' rights) is well-timed, to encourage the "New Year's resolution" folks to keep exercising.
