I absolutely love the Benbrook YMCA. I am so glad that I visited the facility to see about the Silver Sneakers Program as I was given a tour by Hailie and shown all the amenities that are available. The staff at Benbrook YMCA are so friendly, informative and available to help at a moments notice. I feel so welcome and enjoy immensely the time I spend at Benbrook YMCA. I originally started my Silver Sneakers membership to try to help my stiff knees and feel better with more mobility with every visit. I just wanted to express my gratitude and delight at taking the step to join the Silver Sneakers program at the Benbrook YMCA.

The staff has always accommodated me should I ever need anything.
The Benbrook Y training staff, mostly Jim, Megan, and Sara, have been equally helpful in assisting me should I have any questions on my form or any new variations to work a particular muscle, etc.
The members themselves are pretty friendly as a whole too.
Please bring back the previous elliptical machines that used to be nearest to the mirror at the Granbury Y. The "new" ones mostly don't work (the TV's and incline). The previous ones actually seemed newer and they provided a much better workout. I'm unsure why they were even removed in the first place.
It's a good price and experience.
I think the instructors for the group exercise programs are wonderful...they are qualified, encouraging, motivating, friendly and fun. I like the variety of group classes that are offered.

Really like the water aerobics with Pam. But women's locker room is too small and not enough parking.
Variety and friendliness
Love the childcare, would love to see it as an all day option though, many times I have wanted to workout in the afternoon but can't without childcare. All the employees are friendly and helpful, never see them without a smile on their face.
The instructors were so great! They helped my children and others feel comfortable in the water and did a great job of assessing how much to encourage or move on.

CX Works and yoga are great! I go in the evening. I’d like to see more consistency with trainers for the Tuesday Thursday evening Y Warrior group. There’s been a lot of change and it’s hard to get used to the trainer when there are often different trainers on Tuesday.
I love the water aerobics classes and the yoga classes as they make me feel better!!!! The instructors are awesome!!!!

It's safe and clean.
I have started attending the water aerobics classes again after being away from the YMCA for almost a year. I have found the instructors as well as other participants both welcoming and friendly. Since I have been back, I’ve urged a couple of friends to join. One of them has and we are exploring the AOA group and programs offered. I don’t feel I can expound on either the programs or activities since I am just now beginning to explore them. Thanks.
I enjoy the Les Mills classes
My grandkids have played there for some time now, and I hear you have a really good person coordinating your pickleball. I live in Granbury.
Nice lifeguards but very watchful while being nice about it. I love this. You have to walk a line in lifeguarding. I've seen some jerks, but are watchful, and I've seen some who are so friendly, mainly with other kids they know, they don't pay mind. These were awesome.

I love the pool area since that all I use.
I like the whole facility! The classes are great as are the instructors. In some classes we need some more equipment as the classes have grown ( i.e. body pump)
The staff is always ready to answer questions and always have a smile.

It's a very comfortable atmosphere. Controlled and orderly environment, yet casual. No pressure to perform. Plenty of equipment. Friendly people. Nice place.
