What do you like about our programs and activities?

They have plenty of machines and weights. They also offer several classes. The classes are directed well and provide great workouts.

They have an indoor rock climbing wall. I wish I understood the availability of it more. But I also haven’t taken the initiative to ask so I am part responsible for not knowing.

I enjoy the pool for my lap swim.

Always welcomed by a friendly staff and crew!!! The activities coordinators are really helpful and supportive for my age (71) and levels of training.

Great, up-to-date equipment.

Staff is friendly but also keeps their distance and doesn't interfere with workouts.

Hours are fantastic

Only minor complaint is the limited open swim hours.
