We love the Benbrook Y. The staff is great. The equipment is extensive and maintained. There are lots of opportunities on their calendar to get involved with others, and the events we have participated in have all been very enjoyable. We love the pool also.
I like the access to my house and the availability of the machines I want to use. It could be enhanced by increasing the area for weights. A second area of about the same size is probably needed.
The facility is conveniently located. I enjoy the weights and being trained by Jim.

Dedicated staff, instructors and variety of activities to choose from. It feels like a family with team members supporting and encouraging each other in group activities making it a fun and enjoyable place to be.

The Benbrook YMCA is always clean and the employees are very friendly. The water aerobics is fun and Christine is a great instructor.

Overall I enjoy the facility and the staff is nice and friendly. The thing I dont like is the limited variety of cardio equipment. There are plenty of treadmills. However, everything else limited.
When it comes down to broken equipment, it's taken 3 months or more to get repaired. For example, there are only 5 recumbent bikes and 2 of them are broken.
