instructors are friendly, kind and considerate of any limitations you might have. many of the programmed activities are available several times a week. There is a very active Active Older Citizens group that sponsors activities designed for Seniors. ie monthly luncheons, BINGO, monthly speakers with topics geared toward Seniors.
U have a lot of equipment and the indoor pool is great.

I only go to water aerobics. The instructor is awesome! She’s very encouraging and makes us work hard. The ladies at the front desk are also very friendly and helpful.

We like using the pool and workout equipment. We like the adult workout classes that are offered and also the sports programs for the kids.
