The staff are very courteous, and they are always willing to help. The facility has a great selection of equipment, and the pool is very nice. The lifeguards are always attentive, keeping everyone safe. The special activities we have participated in for senior adults have been very enjoyable, and the staff that facilitate those activities are wonderful. Thank you all of you for treating us so well.

Benbrook YMCA has an amazing array of programs to fit all ages and all abilities. The front office staff is super. The Y is clean. The restrooms are well cared for the walking track is easy. I hope you take advantage of it and come join us.

The Benbrook Y is full of friendly folks, a clean facility, and something for everyone. I'm grateful for being a member there, mostly using their walking track. But there's much more there for whatever level of fitness you're after! Highly recommended!!!
Body Balance class
Group senior classes. And the indoor track, though it’s warm up there. And very noisy. Cooler times of year I walk outside on the grounds.
It’s a facility that every town needs. It’s for everyone. Kids and adults. Young or old..

Group classes!
Lots of different options to be involved and most times are easy to fit into your schedule. Enjoy all of the 11:30 Silver Sneakers group classes ( all the equipment needs to be cleaned regularly) chairs are limited, could use need ones.
Benbrook location is well kept and maintained like using the recumbent bikes (some have been out of service and highly missed) but understand that happens.
Like having Pickleball available.
your staf is extremely helpfull
The facilities are fabulous. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The personal trainers are really tuned in to a client's needs. I absolutely love it.
