As a senior, I love the energy that I get seeing other seniors enjoying all of the different programs that they have. I also see incredible programs and leadership when. the staff is working with kids.
I played in a pickleball tournament and it was fun. I workout at the gym and it has a nice layout. Although there isnt a lot of the same equipment there is enough to get a workout in without waiting too long. The swim lessons seem to be a good choice for those who dont know how to swim too.
I enjoy the track and several of the machines although one of them, the ab crunch was down for a couple of weeks, It's back up to being used but now the leg press machine is out of order. I had Tia for a personal assistant for the introductory training and she was great! (Four one hour sessions.)
Water aerobics, lap swimming, the showers and locker room are fine.
Staff professionalism is above and beyond the call of duty.

The staff is friendly. There are a variety of exercise classes. I most often use the indoor track. I hope to participate more in a couple of weeks.

The instructors in the group courses are excellent. Very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and most of all helpful to everyone, no matter their fitness level.

I would like to see the dressing rooms, remodeled and kept a little tidier other than that all good.
I use this facility from last few years more than 10 years and I like all their programs and they have also the children which I love it to. I loved all their activities and their instructors and the front desk is always helpful too thank you.
Workers are friendly and welcoming. A friendly place to hang out. Pool, courts and classes are dependable.
That the classes are available. I wish the Silver Sneakers “ boom” class was still being taught. Some seniors are still active and enjoyed the class

This facility has lots of features and is well staffed and maintained. I use my Silver Sneakers account to use the weights/cardio area twice weekly.

the water class on Saturday at 8:30am. but i miss the dance class we had that was called BOOM. It kept me moving. why did it go away?
I never done group exercises before and was very pleased at how organized it was and how nice the people are.
