What do you like about our programs and activities?

Besides offering a wide variety of healthful, enjoyable activities for minimal cost in a clean environment, the Benbrook Y is truly a community enterprise where all ages, genders, races, faiths, & ethnic backgrounds intersect & interact - opportunity rarely found in our increasingly divided culture. I feel safe at the Benbrook Y even alone in the parking lot when it's dark. I typically feel appreciated as a member.

early opening @ 5:00am weekdays; 25meter pool; free weights and resistance machines. Happy staff and life guards. Great community facility.

Lots of diversity in programs. Recommend you get more boards for BOGA as there are always people who want to participate but can't due to the limited number of boards.

My family and I love your gym. Everyone is so kind and professional who works here. The equipment is excellent. The childcare is absolutely wonderful—very caring and loving.
