I really like the equipment at Benbrook Y. There is plenty to get a good work out. The only thing I would change is the people that want to watch their soaps while holding up a machine for way too long. I had to wait almost 20 minutes the other day for some ladt to get off of the leg curls machine.
Nice facilities including weights, multiple courts and an indoor pool.

I’m glad that you have added the Stability class and the Fitness for Longevity at 11:00. The Silver Sneakers classic classes are too crowded.

I love everything about the programs and activities.
They cater to all ages and every health groups. Extremely friendly staff that custom fit your needs to the proper programs and trainers.
The times are so variable that it could meet even the most busiest persons schedule.

Your Silver Sneakers with Shanti is excellent... Wish it were at 9AM on Mondays, day is half over when we don't start till 10

I love all the Silver Sneakers classes. I've also done water aerobics and enjoy that program too. The staff has been polite and helpful always.

Good activities available for seniors and a good variety for other ages. Due to the facility’s popularity and the decrease in Y services on the West side ( closed locations), this facility need to be enlarged.
Yoga and the active older adult classes are the ones I enjoy. I like these activities because they keep me in shape, and I always feel better after going to a class! Shani is the my favorite instructor. She is a true asset to your program. She is knowledgeable, pleasant, and makes everyone feel welcome! She offers many modifications so that everyone can get exactly what they need! She should be one of your employees of the month! I keep looking to see her name, but it’s not on the employee of the month display. Excellent employees should be recognized!

Like all activities especially the pool. I first joined the YMCA 1955 as a freshman in High School I stayed several times at the YMCA hotel, Philadelphia, Pa.
I like exercise classes and their trainers. They walk through every exercise ang give good suggestions.
It will be helpful if facility is clean.
Affordable. W fellow clients I’ve come to know and love over the years. Front desk folks are kind, responsive, and patient. Very patient. I’m grateful.
There are not any spin classes offered at a time in the morning when mothers can attend. The 5:15 and 8 am classes conflict with getting kids off to school. This leaves only 3 other classes ALL week long.
I like the classes. All the instructors are amazing. I do miss Lauren. Lauren is a sweet girl with a lot of energy. She really cares about the people in her classes. She is special. Would love to see her back
Love the water aerobics and the attention to Active Older Adults!
Just wish the pool water was warmer, we are older and so much more sensitive to cold and being surrounded by cool water actually hurts. Otherwise I have no complaints and very thankful for all the Y for the members.
And the staff are WONDERFUL
I like the track for walking and I have been using weight machines and the rowing machine
