The variety of activities that are offered to older adults and the times that they are offered. In addition, getting to meet older adults at these classes make them enjoyable as well.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the feeling I get when I walk threw the door. It is always clean and bright. My only comment is about the programing on the TVs in the workout area. Who selects the channels? With all that is going on in the world today a couple news channels would be good.

The childcare is the best of all the Fort Worth ymcas. I drive out of my way to go to Benbrook for the childcare.

Very clean facility. Only use the aerobic and weights but enjoy the facility. Wish the locker room could be bigger. Employees seem to enjoy their job.

I like the weight machines very much, because they workout specific muscles with support to avoid injuries.

You have programs and activities for everyone. One of the best parts of the center is the front desk. They really seem to like working for the Y.

I graduated high school in 1951 and my first job was a secretary at the down town Y.
