There are not any spin classes offered at a time in the morning when mothers can attend. The 5:15 and 8 am classes conflict with getting kids off to school. This leaves only 3 other classes ALL week long.
I like the classes. All the instructors are amazing. I do miss Lauren. Lauren is a sweet girl with a lot of energy. She really cares about the people in her classes. She is special. Would love to see her back
Love the water aerobics and the attention to Active Older Adults!
Just wish the pool water was warmer, we are older and so much more sensitive to cold and being surrounded by cool water actually hurts. Otherwise I have no complaints and very thankful for all the Y for the members.
And the staff are WONDERFUL
They are very thorough.
John and I are thrilled to be enrolled in bi-weekly workout sessions with Personal Trainer Jim Lowery. We began several months ago and have made it part of our lifestyle. The machines are state of the art, the instructors are highly qualified, and everyone is genuinely friendly.

The variety
Great facility with many activities to choose from and helpful staff. Met some nice people since going there.
I like the swimming pool, and the Wave makers class with Christine. It is a good class with definite goals and exact exercising.
I enjoy 3-5 hours at the Y 6 days week. Staff are wonderful in taking of our needs like the posted ladies locker room. Some persons have been treating themselves to personal lockers.
Please, get a new scale for the ladies locker room or if can be fixed, please do so. It is frustrating to not be able to use a viable scale.
What’s with the machines being down. One never gets fixed and two others are down. Please let patrons know not to hold up activity on a machine while talking on the phone or another patron.
Thank you for all you do for seniors! The potlucks and lunch out are welcome to make this a family experience.
Even though we personally aren’t involved in any of the programs or activities, it’s nice to know that they are available.
Like that there are a lot of senior menbers. Pool is super.

Pickleball, Zumba and the other work out classes
Nice classes. Pickle ball. Pool seems clean. High ceiling and fans in weight room. Clean. Nice equipment. Towels.
First and foremost the people working in the facilities! They are Fantabulous!! Very attentive and courteous with a smile!
They are good. Need to repair broken equipment. No excuses for equipment that is always broken.
Variety
There is something for everybody!
Not involved in anything but the main room however I like the friendliness of the employees

I like the early morning group exercise classes. The time works well with my schedule and I like the instructors a lot too!

There are lots of group exercises. I’d like the Senior Circuit exercise group to start at 10:00 every day instead of just Monday. Great trainer!

Like all activities especially the pool. I first joined the YMCA 1955 as a freshman in High School I stayed several times at the YMCA hotel, Philadelphia, Pa.
