You guys rock. You are knowledgeable, trustworthy and you do what you say you will do. Aaron D. is a long-time respected source of advice and advisor. Only criticism is your prices are, well, pricey. Helmets that cost $100??? Really? I can get them for $20 at Walmart's and as best as I can tell, they are the same thing. Perhaps reduce prices on commodity items, and increase prices on your specialized, value added services? Just a thought.

Hannah /Service Dept and Alex(?) Sales were extremely helpful to both my wife and I when we came to the Norwood store. Both individuals were attentive, very understanding of our style choice('fitness' vs. step through). There was no 'pressure' to purchase a specific type ... just offered suggestions and options. We are very pleased with the bikes that we purchased and, moreover, the enthusiastic demeanor of both Hannah and Alex.

Everyone I have ever interacted with at Landry's (we've visited the Natick store and the Norwood store) knows what they're doing. They're smart about bikes but they can explain things to me (a mom) as well as my 15-yr-old who is a huge bike enthusiast. I also have been happy with customer service when we've run into issues. Everything is just so reasonable and calm -- no drama! It's refreshing to deal with competent friendly people! Keep up the great work!
