This was a pretty tangled transaction. Contingent sales piled up. Really low appraisal. Out of state seller. No firm purchase price. Lender changing required payoffs. ( And I probably missed some) Nick had to step in during the last couple of weeks. He did a great job and didn't even complain about how incompetent we agents appeared!
