Everything went great! Nanci Johnson and Mary Kay Long were amazing! It was smooth and went quickly. Leading up to the closing, everyone was very communicative and Nanci regularly checked in with updates and to see if I had any questions. We are very pleased with the whole process and highly recommend the teams!

We were able to close on both the house we were selling and the one we were buying at the same time. It went smoothly and all steps were clearly explained! We had a great experience with Edina starting with the listing to the final signing. Worked hard for us and actually sold our house in 2 1/2 days!

Our closing was very smooth. Jennifer was very kind and easily answered any questions I had. Signing some documents online beforehand saved my wrist from a lot of extra work. As a first time homebuyer, I felt very supported.

Easy and efficient
The closing meeting went very smoothy; there were no surprises. I appreciated the opportunity to review the financial settlement documents the night before the closing meeting. Staff were very well prepared with all documents ready for signature, and explained each one prior to obtaining my signature. It was fun to have our realtor take a photo of us (sellers) with the ‘sold’ key at the end of the process!
The only downside of the process was the tone of the Executive Closer’s emails. They are very abrupt and do not, in any way, reflect the lovely personality of the author. Often I wondered, whose side is she on? I understand Edina Title’s closing staff may be extremely busy, but a little more professional courtesy goes a long way.
