Mary Kay came to Highland to close this for me for my first time buyer who did not have email nor could he text, so everything had to be in person - she was patient and explained things to him thoroughly. He felt very important and knowledgeable when he left that closing.

I always appreciate when title shares the final ALTA statement with our client in advance of closing, and confirms any other dollars pertaining to the transaction that aren’t listed in the ALTA (I.e commission, home warranty, etc.) depending on what side of the transaction we are on. Everything was amazing, except for the branch manager, he kind of made us feel like what we were doing there, didn’t offer us anything, coffee or water, he just made us feel really uncomfortable.
