Everything went smoothly except for the well situation which wasn’t Matt Keil’s fault. I think the forms have very confusing questions regarding the well situations. The questions for the well on the property I felt were too vague, and all the different forms I had to sign and initial asked the questions differently. No place that I saw you could check off that it had been capped and now you have city water. Some questions ask do you have one or two wells on the property. I think it should be separate questions. My buyers closing papers showed I had 2 wells and no city water. Just a thought. Thank you.
