This closing was moved and then "on or before" a certain date. It became confusing because buyer was older and a bit confused. Mary Kay keep in contact with my clients about closing dates- that was very comforting to me and my client

Mary Kay and Holly VanGuilder went above and beyond to make this close on time. They answered my clients, 2nd mortgage companies and my questions. We were notified 3 days before closing that my clients were approved by Freedom Mortgage that they were approved to assume the 1st mortgage, Thank you to both of them, they make a great team!
