My circumstances required me to sell my mother’s house due to an illness. i did not know anything should selling or purchasing homes so i was very nervous at the closing. i let Eric know upon my arrival that i was unsure of how everything was going to pan over and he was so kind to me. He explained everything in detail, allowing me to ask questions, and clear up everything if it didn’t make sense. about halfway through signing the papers, my nerves left and i was entirely comfortable.
