Bonnie Knutson, Jeff Stephan, and Sheila were absolutely second to none. I would do the transaction all over again with that team. The selling of my house wasn’t smooth, but this team work tirelessly to get the deal completed.

Smooth transaction. Our closing got pushed back a few times due to buyer's loan and an appraisal issue. Brianna and Sheila both were accommodating and able to close us at the last minute when everything came together.

I believe Eric Fisk and all of the Edina Realty Title Team always go above and beyond what they need to do! This really makes a big difference for the the sellers and buyers from beginning to end! The buyers were grateful because title met the buyers outside to sign their closing documents, it was quick and easy. I will continue to refer Eric Fisk and his Edina Realty Title Team because they are fabulous to work with and dependable!
