Sheila was very patient and accommodating for my sellers. My elderly sellers live in assisted living and traveling to a closing office was going to be a difficult task for them. Sheila was able to do a remote closing for them at their apartment. She was patient while going through their COVID protocols and took time to explain to the sellers what they were signing so they felt more comfortable. She recognized that this was a big day for our clients and treated them well.
