When we did our half of the closing, things went OK and had no problem with it.
When we did the part that the buyers had to complete, there were some hangups and that got a bit frustrating for us, because we had been at it for almost the whole summer.
We are very thankful that John kept at things like the broken screens and the furnace blower. and he kept at it until he got it done. John's willingness to get things done when we were getting worn out from it all was really a big PLUS.
Folks at the Otsego office were very pleasant and helpful. So in all, I am satisfied and I think Beth is too. (She's on a little vacation up .) I would recommend friends and family to look for those folks to help them with both buying & selling. Our son & his wife worked with John and they found a very nice home for raising their family.
