Sheila Koshiol was great to work with! She was very pleasant and extremely helpful. I had to be out of town during the timeframe I was going to be required to sign the closing documents but with Sheila's help the process went very smoothly. She saw that the closing documents were sent via FedEx to me in a timely manner and had noted clearly where signatures were required including which pages needed to be signed in front of a Notary.

I loved the room where the closing took place. It was bright, warm, and welcoming and Sheila and Cassie both made me feel so comfortable. The documents that I was signing were explained to me in an easy-to-understand way. I wasn't sure what to expect but the actual closing was a breeze; super easy and hassle-free! Cassie made it even more special with my favorite drink from Starbucks. Overall, a wonderful experience :-)
