Delivery has been prompt and uncomplicated as well, especially since my propane tanks are in a fairly difficult location. (My new next door neighbors have bought a house with existing propane from a different company. I hope to convince them to convert to A & M.).

I continued using them when I moved into the house and they have been helpful during the transition. I was disappointed when they changed over because you cannot call directly anymore. I had a gas leak last year it was only a recording giving prompts and leaving a message. I had to call the fire department when they did reach out they did send a service person to repair the leak. They were very helpful then and also gave me credit for what was wasted. They also worked with me on auto payments and gave me a discount and senior discount too. I am pleased now that they handled everything well.
