You guys have always been reliable and affordable. This time it took a long time for delivery 3 weeks but I understand this is out of character and because of the two snow storms.
We have no idea how our account got deleted between last winter and this one. But we are not going to give you a bad review because you got the delivery here fast enough when we needed it. Only our propane heater is giving us trouble now that we have our propane. But we have a propane stove so we needed it anyway. Yes, I wanna give you a good review. Accommodating when nessary!
Miss the personal touch of the small operation but for the most part fully satisfied. Monitoring tanks works well but still don’t understand the long narrative about the new way to monitor the tanks. Sounds like AI. Monitors work fine why complicate it 😀

The customer service girls are wonderful. They are so helpful and kind and very knowledgeable about the companies processes to help me as a client. I’ve been with the company for 25 years I know there are new owners and I would like to stay and not leave to go to another company if possible as long as it can stay economically feasible to maintain this service.
