Using the web site to schedule deliveries is easy. Getting the bill from the delivery truck man is helpful because I can pay it promptly through my Bill Pay from my bank. Drivers are always friendly when they make the delivery and careful about where they pull the hose to get to the tanks. I appreciate the promo deals you have in Fall to fill my tanks so I don't have to worry about bad weather and a snowy driveway to get my LP delivery in winter. The local Quarles LP telephone receptionist is always so nice and helpful.

The service has been great. You monitor my tank, and refill it periodically, so it is all just automatic. The single issue (thus 9 ranking) I have is with your accounting system - my wife is an accountant and I am a physicist, and we both have a hard time following what your statements are conveying. Having said that, when we have called your folks have always been super helpful and explained what is really going on.
I’m on auto fill and seems they always get here in ample time so I’m not low. People in the white Haven office are very helpful when I’ve needed. Wish there was incentives to help seniors with pricing.

We currently found out that the Culpeper office was no longer available to go and make payments, etc, however; we signed up for your service online with no issues. The app is very easy to maneuver and provides all the information needed. Our tank was filled this past weekend by a driver that was very friendly. Thanks for the good service!
