I have always liked the prompt service and/or help when needed. As Superior took over I have seen and had family members complain of the company hard to reach or not answering phones. When I had the issue a local employee saw my issue and contacted me quickly and handled my request promptly.

We have had propane automatically delivered to our home since moving to the Fairfield area in 2007.
Superior Plus Propane/Dixie also sold us a separate tank dedicated to our generator several years ago.
Prior to the ice storm of 1/25/2026, where our area is still encased in ice. We had received only a partial delivery the first week of January 2026 due to the delivery truck running out of fuel.
On Friday evening 1/30/2026 the delivery driver came and filled the propane tank alleviating our concern that we would have frozen water pipes and damage from that.
Thank you very much for sending the competent, friendly and efficient driver to fill our main tank.

Great service but hard to call and get through in a timely manner
I was at 30% tank level, with concern of an electrical power outage with an impending large snow storm. Propane insert is my only auxiliary heat source during an outage.
I called and requested emergency tank fill in case we lose power for extended days.
You guys did a great job coming out next day! Receptionist on the phone as well as delivery operator were both professional, courteous and responsive people.
Responding and assertive! We ran out unexpectedly and they had delivery there same day!

Spoke to a driver during a delivery at the house next door. He answered all my questions about the new delivery algorithm. Then he checked my tank and said it was in good shape, but that I might get a deliver in the next week or so. Got a delivery the next day. All is fine. Thanks.
Delivery was earlier than expected, assuring that we would have enough gas to make it through one or two multi-day power outages. Driver was friendly and courteous.

Reliability
I had a leak at my tank when the driver was filling it. It was 0° outside and the nights have been well below zero. The driver had to shut a takeoff . Ashley notified me immediately and sent technicians to solve the problem. I gave her instructions about where the hidden key was so they can go into the house and make sure that the heaters were tyrned on once they had fixed the problem and had turned the gas back on.
Ashley was a terrific communicator. Appreciated her concern and her dedication to prevent preventing a disaster in my home. Thank you, Ashley. Thank you Driver. Thank you technicians. Thank you Eastern Propane

Quick and courteous service
After a very long time on the phone with a nice associate, I felt hopeful that he would indeed follow up and fulfill my request the next day as promised. However, that never happened. To be fair, I have no idea what else was going on at his end during the same time. I did, however, give him a whole extra day to follow up.
Two days later I called again and got a different associate who was also very kind and polite. The difference was this associate took care of everything I needed in a very timely, friendly, and professional manner. I had several requests that needed attention and he was able to fulfill them all. In fact, I was also shocked at the speed of which my fuel was delivered which was an added bonus!
I am grateful for this survey so that I have an opportunity to thank Luis Santiago for his assistance that day I called. I am hopeful that whoever Luis reports to will see this and commend him for his customer service.
