Customer service has always been helpful especially when our propane tank gage was not working correctly and we ran out of propane.
I chose your company because of a LOCAL agent, within 10 miles of our community, solely because of my trust in her. She left Amerigas, and so did the majority of our friends because they were horrible. Nancy worked in the Frazier Park location and I found out recently that she left. Needless to say, I am devastated because she is THE ONLY PERSON who understands this area, the clientele AND that we are not a 'rich and wealthy' area. I am self-employed and have health/physical issues. The pricing you charge is almost double that of the competition in this area. Had I not reached Sonia on my most recent call, I would have cancelled my service and found (yet another) propane provider. I hope that the service Nancy provided, along with the courtesy, RESPECT and human kindness continues with the other agents. Sonia seems to understand. My conversation with her is THE ONLY REASON I am still paying your prices.
