Good service most of the time
I called and the staff was very pleasant. Just from my name they were able to determine where my account was. They also informed me that it would be 5 to 7 days but if it was earlier, they would let me know and sure enough they were able to deliver the following day. A very pleasant phone staff and the texts kept me updated on when and what was being done.

Very timely w/ great overall service & billing
I've been with Hopkins propane since 2008. They have always taken very good care of me. They keep the equipment up and maintained good and it's nice that they monitor my tank remotely and fill the tank on a regular basis without me having to call them.
Appreciate you topping off my propane without having to call you. Billings are easy and responsible to address.
Response when my tank ran out was great. A truck was sent out promptly. Staff have been very helpful whenever I called with a question or issue. I get a small town everyone knows everybody vibe whenever I have delt with Stevens Propane.
