We requested to delay the automatic refil, thinking that our home would sell. We stopped the listing and alerted you and then ran out of propane before our delivery. The local office and team were very helpful in restoring our service. Bruce did a great job and checked for leaks.

Kamps has been very easy to work with and I have never had any issues with deliveries or getting propane when I needed it. There has been a person to talk to in the rare cases I needed something. I did get a late charge for a payment that I couldn't afford to make on time that was a little annoying but that would not impact making a positive recommendation. Overall I have had very positive experiences working with Kamps.

Great service. Delivery drivers will do the extra work to find your house or business if you are in a rural location, or the propane tank is hard to get to. They make sure you’re a happy customer!

Today I received this survey, from Hopkins Propane, and an invoice from Superior Propane....why are there two names? I know Superior had a rough start, and I remember reading/watching the news about poor communication and tanks running dry, during a winter. I've always been very happy with Hopkins Propane, guess I am waiting to see what my service is like under "Superior." My tank was just filled this week, and the driver was very friendly and professional.

Sheldon Gas has provided friendly, timely propane services to us for many years. They are very good at estimating our usage and manage to arrive and fill our tank without contacting them ahead of time. Their drivers are respectful of our property and contact us with any questions or changes in procedures. We can look up our account data online and make any changes if necessary. They provide advance notice of the statement/invoice well in advance of our automated payment. If we do have a billing question, we can contact Sheldon and speak to a person if needed and they have always been very helpful.
Easy to order and work with. Price is usually very competitive to all other providers.
Your prices are excellent, I use to work for Kamps, probably signed between my husband as well 600 customers, maybe more over several years. We worked under Bill Memory, the best boss and manager we have ever worked for. I know that with the change of ownership you have to run the company differently but we still plan on being faithful customers. The service is still stellar and no complaints at all.
