The propane heats my home and cooks my food well enough. I' do not like having to buy in at a lower price for $90. However, Derick, my delivery person, is a very nice, courteous and knowledgeable. He deserves a big salary raise!

Reps in office are always willing to answer my questions and assist with billing/budgeting questions. Deliveries are timely and the drivers are courteous.
As I live in an area where the roads aren't always plowed & it's not the easiest access to fill my tanks. The drivers you have are amazing!
The customer service is exceptional. When I have had an issue or problem someone has always has listened, recommended and or found a solution. When I ran out of oil a quick off hours delivery was made and a solution for it not happening again was put in place.
I have always found the office staff to be friendly and helpful whenever I have a question which is not always the experience with other companies.

I highly recommend Superior Plus!! I call for delivery and they go out of the way to get the Propane to you ASAP! The delivery Guy was so kind on Saturday's delivery. I have a fenced in back yard and he came and I had to un-thaw the locks and I was panicking and he said it's fine and gave me a lighter and said try this it should help as I was pouring hot water in the lock. I felt terrible that I was holding him up, however, he made me feel relaxed and was very patient. I am very happy with the service. Thank you.
