The service ladies on the phone have always been helpful and friendly and are the same ones year after year. Hate talking to a computer. Never lacked fuel. Some years back when my heating service man had isolated a heat problem to the exterior house regulator, Griffith-Superior came right out and replaced it.
You website is easy to use. I can do most things on the website. If I do need to call, my questions are answered quickly.
