Reliability...always! I've been with Superior Plus ever since I moved into my home almost 19 years ago and absolutely no complaints. Have never run out of propane and even though I may pay a little more per gallon as some offers from other companies are less, I hesitate to switch because I've never had an issue. It's like having a favorite mechanic, you may pay a little more per hour, but you trust what you're paying for!
Called Pearl Creek office for service and was greeted by a friendly staff person who set up my propane delivery. Couldn't be more pleased with service.
I live in a mobile home park, the park had us checking tanks gauges and when we were at 20%we informed them and they would order the fill, and yes I have had times where I ran out of propane. We recently had account put into our own names and I am very happy with service so far. I no longer have to check tanks, propane is delivered in a timely matter. Also the bills are at a more manageable cost instead of such a large bill at one time.
