hello...I’m a very happy customer. on Sunday night my house started to cool down and didn’t respond to the thermostat. my son in law checked my tank and it was empty...I made a call to the emergency number. in an hour a service man arrived with an emergency supply of propane at 10:00 pm. the next morning at 8:00 am the tanker truck arrived and filled my tank...thank you to Griffin my house is cozy again....Kay Last name removed, Victor, New York
The service is terrific! My propane tank was tipping over quite severely, unbeknownst to me, and a very sharp-eyed driver delivering to a neighbor noticed it, and a crew was sent to straighten the tank. It could have been disastrous for me and my family!! In addition, the office staff is without fail friendly and helpful. I have recommended Superior Plus Propane to others, and will continue to do so.
Your delivery man Derek. is very professional instead of dragging the hose around he pulls in the fall so he is not touching anything very well mannered your service man was awesome he knew exactly what to doAnd Lynn the lady in the office is very professional I had a question about Billing she knew exactly what to do very kind and courteous courtesy
