My heat unexpectedly stopped working last week. I put in a call to my local office & voiced my concern about what I thought was going on. Kim advised that my assumption was probably correct, but that she couldn't get a transfer to the Service Dept right them due to volume, but promised she'd email them. Within 25 minutes, there was a truck at my home to deliver my propane. That was amazing, and then I asked Tom (the driver) to assist me with getting my pilot light relit. He was totally accommodating, but when we got to my basement, he advised he didn't have any experience with a "boiler" furnace. Luckily, my heating contractor called within moments of us getting downstairs and Tom stayed there to help me as the heating contractor walked us through getting the pilot lit. Tom was great help!
I then had a billing issue that I had to follow-up with following that, and Lynn G was wonderful about contacting me, understanding the issue and making sure that Superior+ worked it out to my total satisfaction. I am a new customer of Superior+, but with this kind of customer service, they'll keep me for a long time!
