Being a local company, they are easily accessible - no long waiting on the phone while music plays and waiting for a connection. Personal service is highly rated! Being able to lock-in a contract price in August is an asset - no surprise bills in the middle of the winter. Last year, however, we didn't have to send in a check with the contract, and now this year, we do, should stick to one policy. Staff at the local office are very nice and friendly as is our delivery man. Keep up the good work!
