Its the People first! Mike, Jamie, Tim, and many others. Easy to talk to. Easy to ask questions of. I am always confident in the quality of service and great selection of products - Bikes and accessories. And its also trust! I know I will get great service, and just the service I need. (in my last visit I had this very experience again. I asked Tim if he thought I would need to replace the front derailleur and he said, he would do everything to clean, and recondition before needing to replace. That's how you build trust!)

My bike is a perfect fit in every way.
Staffs are friendly, knowledgeable and considerate. The store has been in Richmond Hill for many years and I have been dealing with them for long time.
You got the specific bike I wanted in 2 days and had it built for me quickly. I came from out of town so it was nice to get there and be served very quickly. I also very much appreciate that even though my bike was basically the cheapest in the store, I was still treated very well by everyone around. Thank you!

Excellent service as one of the issues was not resolved at the time of bike pick up. Evolution had asked to keep the bike till end of day and was able to sort out the problem rather than pass it off as “normal”. Other bike shops I’ve tried have not been as accommodating to make it right.

I come from North Toronto to get my bike stuff and get my bikes worked on because the shop is staffed by true experts who clearly know and love the sport. I have always seeked out shops like this and they have my loyalty. A really good group of people doing the right thing for their customers.
