I come from North Toronto to get my bike stuff and get my bikes worked on because the shop is staffed by true experts who clearly know and love the sport. I have always seeked out shops like this and they have my loyalty. A really good group of people doing the right thing for their customers.

fast product delivery - would definitely recommend to friends and family. Only minor issue was bike frame was scratched in 3 spots and will need to be touched up with touch up paint. first time experiencing this even though having bought several new bikes before.

Excellent service as one of the issues was not resolved at the time of bike pick up. Evolution had asked to keep the bike till end of day and was able to sort out the problem rather than pass it off as “normal”. Other bike shops I’ve tried have not been as accommodating to make it right.
