The service was exemplary. I was measured for the correct size then shown the bikes that qualified for the features I wanted.The price was more in line with what I expected for the style and quality I was after.The bike was made on the North American side of the world so the waiting was only a few days and the sales person checked first to see if the colour I chose was available.When the bike arrived and was assembled I was notified and a appointment was made for the adjustments that would need.I have no complaints whatsoever. Being I am a person of age the young salesperson took the time to explain all aspects and features of the bike I had chosen. This is the second time I have shopped there and always satisfied. When I need any cycling merchandise I go there every time. Always recommend to any who ask.
I don't usually comment on the level of service that I receive from a vendor but, in this case, I feel compelled to do so. I arrived late on a busy Saturday afternoon with an issue of experiencing several flat tires in my rear wheel of my road bike. It seemed to me that there must be an issue with the actual wheel since no one can be that unlucky!. Chris was anxious to assist! He removed the wheel and ascertained that there was indeed something sharp within the rim of the wheel (which his slivered hand can attest to!), removed it and provided me with a new liner. This did require a bit of detective work, not to mention time, and it was all provided at no charge. Just the required new tube was charged. And, most importantly, no charge to change the flat! I detest changing flat tires, especially on the rear wheel. This was all greatly appreciated and hence this glowing endorsement. I regularly have my bike serviced at Evolution and have always been very satisfied.
Staffs are friendly and knowledgeable. It would be 10 if I did not need to go back to fix a minor problem for my new purchased bike.
