I find the staff very knowledgeable, honest and professional. I bought my bike from Evolution Cycles in 2013. I get it tuned up each year at the store and it still works really well. This year I was ready to get a Gold level tune-up but the guys took a look and told me that only a Silver level tune-up was required. I really appreciate that kind of integrity and I think they always do a great job when it comes to tune-ups.

I brought my road bike to Evolution for Gold service. Since my bike had accident last season and some parts are torn and broken. The workers checked my bike in detail before doing the lubrication and tune up service. They make schedule easy to me to accommodate my time so I can take my bike in a couple days before the appointment. The lubrication service is good. The chain and the gears are all cleaned up. It is ready for my bike back to the road for next seasin.
