I found the customer support to be very helpful. I could not pay in another manner besides PayPal on the website and there was only 1 left in stock of the item I was looking for. When I called the store, they found the item, packaged it and contacted me back to pay with credit card over the phone.

I went in for bike servicing and the process was quick smooth and most importantly very educational as Chris walked me through the exact problem with my bike how I got there and why it was a problem and it was a very kind and pleasant human being. The pricing was fair and he considered all of my concerns and answered any questions I had immediately in a very detailed and considerate manner. I don't know their names but the other associates in the store were Top Notch as well

The staff at evolution cycles is very welcoming, knowledgeable and always educating customers about their bikes. I have been dealing with these guys for several years and they are the best in the business. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my road, mountain or gravel bikes.
