My kids loved the summer camp, all the staff members are wonderful and everything runs smooth and very well organized.
First of all I have to give a big thank you shout out to a young lady named Madison ..She was the young lady working the desk on Sunday, July 5th, at the Luter Y in Smithfield, VA…She was very informative on the programs offered to older adults (70+) who are interested in staying fit and active.. I was very interested in joining but concerned on what the program was going to cost out of pocket for me..She asked me some questions and was excited to tell me my insurance would pay 100% of my membership..Needless to say that’s a deal..She went beyond customer service to tell me about all the perks and services that were offered..What a pleasure to have Madison and her smile on my team and greeting people when you walk in..Thank you Luter Y for a pleasant experience.

I like the availability times and variety of the classes. I like swimming pool too and the bathing suit dryer. I like the gym treadmills too.

The Victory YMCA is a wonderful place. The facility, employees, instructors, and class offerings are exceptional. I particularly enjoy the classes taught by Mindi Townsend. I love the community atmosphere and have made many friends. There is always a friendly greeting when you enter the doors.

So far my experience has been great.
The people that work there are super helpful and friendly.
I have swum laps without having to wait on a lane. Done strength training for runners (from your app) work outs which I have never done at other places because of the amount of people.
The locker room is awesome.
Haven’t done it yet but the hot tub after a long run is gonna feel great for sore muscles.
