The cleaning could be much better. My old gym cleaned the floors every day with a steam cleaner (it was one of the Williamsburg community centers, not a fancy/expensive place), and the cleaning of the showers/changing areas in the bathrooms has never been good. It's improved a bit, but the exercise room floors and the bathrooms could definitely be cleaned more often.
I think a lot of people would love a bit more floor space to exercise. Maybe more mats in the back corner of the spin room?
Yes, I'd be willing to pay a bit more to make this happen

I am very happy with the "Y" and the staff. I believe that many of the machines in the exercise room (tred mills/weight machines, etc.) Are showing wear and should be replaced. The timer on the hot tub is poorly to use.(It seems many user just crank it as hard as possible). Some instructions at the switch might help

Love the swimming pool. Life guards are friendly and vigilant. Two thumbs up for showers and locker rooms.
