I have just gotten started using the facilities at the Y. My first class has been the Body Pump class with instructor Laura. I thoroughly enjoy the class and know that it’s exactly what I need. And I have already recommended it to others.

The personal interactions with staff! They are unfailingly friendly and attentive. Since I go to the Y three times a week for personal training, I speak from experience.
