Good opening hours, clean facilities and helpful staff.
I like that the centre is small and when on a treadmill you can actually see out on to the grass. At the valley you just look on to other parts of the building e.g. The swimming pool.
Antrim Forum is always very welcoming and the staff are supportive.
The facilities and the friendly staff members. Everyone is so nice and helpful. The toilets are so clean. Also that really nice touch of the birthday wish they send you on your birthday.

Valley is a fantastic centre staff are all very pleasant and helpful instructors are very professional the feedback I am giving on 1 instructor is Monica luvly girl and very polite but no timing at all when I did her combat class on Monday she only worked to one side and never repeated her routines on the other side by the end of class I had a dead left arm also a few girls left the class early and she went out after them and left us all standing in the class for at least 3 mins and she let us know she couldn't find the girls I've never known a instructor to walk out of a class.

Staff are friendly and professional. Excellent facilities. Good supply of sanitisers to clean equipment after use. Very much enjoy the spin classes and using the gym.
Friendly staff always on hand
I have recently Joined the Valley Leisure centre and attend it at least two to three times per week. I joined so I could take advantage of the use of the gym and spa area as I am limited to what I am able to do due to my disability. I am currently waiting a knee replacement and am planning on losing some weight and building up the strength in my legs. The facilities that I have used are very clean and the staff in the gym are friendly and always say hello. The only negative thing I have found is that the gym tends to be quite warm as in muggy and the air conditioning could do with being turned up a bit more to keep the place cool. As I have limited motability and also suffer from mental health I use the disabled bathroom and changing facilities. I have a couple of negatives about the disabled facilities in the gym one being there is nothing to sit on or hold on to when getting dried after a shower or to sit on to get changed. Secondly there is no hairdryer to dry you hair however I do believe that there is some in the main changing rooms. However due to my health conditions I don’t feel comfortable to use the main facilities due to my mental health. Also I find it quite frustrating when getting showered and changed people trying to gain access to the disabled facility is there no signs or a light to say in use as it makes me feel anxious as there is only one disabled facility in the gym for both males and females to use. I would appreciate if you were able to look into each of these things for me apart from that I would give the Valley Leisure centre a 9/10.
I like the layout of the fitness suite. It is fantastic and it doesn't feel cramped.
