The Frequency of classes and continuous improvement of facilities. Joanne’s Sunday morning spin class is the best fun I’ve ever had at a spin class.

Spin & gym
In my own opinion I believe it is the best centre to train at in the Borough.

Helpful staff, general facilities
Friendly approachable and, helpful staff.
I recently attended a yoga class, the instructor was excellent.
Conveniently located in a semi rural area within Newtownabbey and Antrim Borough Vouncil with ample car parking spaces.
The staff are friendly and helpful and it has a welcoming atmosphere.
I have made friends with some of the regular users and enjoy the camaraderie when we meet.
It is always clean and tidy and kept at a comfortable temperature.
The facilities are obviously not to the same scale as the 'Valley' for instance, but neither does it experience the same volume of users as the larger complexes.
There is an excellent selection of classes for all age groups with good quality instructors.
All in all an excellent facility.

Could have a prompt not to hold equipment. At times unable to get on gym equipment as gym goers sit and sit holding equipment and are on their mobile phones.

Classes are all well managed by size and by the attention of the instructors
Friendly staff for whom no request for help is ever ignored. That might be music too loud; exercise mats; lost property etc. Really helpful. Place is always clan and if something is not acceptable they will do all they can to rectify it.
There is a good variety of classes on offer for members and the facilities are clean, well equipped and well maintained. The staff are corteous and friendly

I had joined online & went to valley which has no customer service at all. I thought I would call in and see I'd I liked look of this Gym better as closer to my house. When I arrived was greeted by lovely staff member very welcoming and so helpful give me tour around the place think her name is Sarah!
I think staff seem so nice overall always speak when you leave & Enter.

Good variety of sports
Friendly staff and accessible facilities. I would really love to see the return of the Spin and Sculpt class that was available before lockdown as this was an excellent alternative to a full spin class which can be quite intimidating to some.
