Good facilities and friendly staff.
Minor negative point
Not enough benches in gym ladies changing rooms. Would be great to have a bench or shelf fitted in the cubicles to set my bag rather on wet floor and hurting my back bending down

Love how much is included in the price compared to other centres. I live close to Better Gyms but prefer to travel - especially for June's classes.

Convenience to home, ease of use of facilities. Availability of space for summer schemes and exercise classes. Although I feel it Lacks a little staff interaction with individuals using the facility. Even though I am a returning user of the centre as a senior member of the community (68 yrs young) I have yet to be approached me to see if I can use said equipment, how I am coping with the exercise - thankfully I can use the equipment that I choose with confidence.
I've been going to the forum for more than 10 years.....always a pleasure. Never disappointed in the staff or facilities.
As a disabled person I found the staff to be exceptional at offering help and making sure I had everything I need. You don't get that very often.

I like the friendly staff, the centre always has a buzz but never seems too busy for gym or classes.
It’s also very convenient given that I live locally.
Ballyearl have excellent facilities. The premises are kept in tip top condition, always spotlessly clean.
The staff in the centre are very friendly and are so helpful. The classes I attend are wonderful the instructors are so supportive.
The grounds around Ballyearl are well kept and peaceful. It is a big bonus to have such good parking facilities at no extra cost

Close to home and good classes but could do with more morning aquafit classes as they are only Tuesday and Thursday mornings and get booked up very quickly so therefore don’t get a chance to get to them quite often so every morning would be much better
Friendly, intelligent staff who sort out any requests very efficiently :)
Just one issue, closing the gym so early on Saturday and Sunday is a problem for weekday workers like me. Keeping it open until at least 5.30 would really help. I was told I wasn't allowed in the gym at 3.15 a few weeks ago because it closed at 4!
