Friendly helpful staff with classes run both early mornings and in the evening to suit personal life.
There is a huge variety of services available and the price for a family membership is incredible value for money. I have never attended the gym, pool or class and not had a positive experience. The staff are genuinely helpful and always friendly. I love being a member.

The only thing I would suggest is getting another lat pull down machine for the valley gym. This is an extremely popular machine and people can get frustrated waiting in line for it.
Small, more personal and very friendly staff
The staff are friendly and helpful, it’s very convenient and the swimming pool is beautiful it’s also very clean and handy for the park where we walk our dog

Effortless- for what I need.
I use gum floor daily, sometimes twice daily.
Negative being the cardio equipment tvs not always working- in fact only a handful of machines do have the TV working. Also the sound, while watching the tv - only one or two of each machine provides this.
This is important to me (and others) as it helps me zone out.
May I suggest a car wash out in the valley car park!! The best idea ever- I am here so often and never have the time to leave my car anywhere else.
