The reception staff are very professional and welcoming. I attend the Caribbean suite for medical reasons affecting mobility and chronic pain. The area is kept clean and floors are dried regularly. There is one female member of staff who works in the Caribbean suite who is very helpful and took the time to explain the benefits of the plunge pool, sauna, steam room and jet pool. This was very important for me in order to get the benefit from visits to treat my condition.
Modern equipment and good showers
The membership covers a lot of activities. The Forum has a great atmosphere, every staff member is really helpful. I love the new gym and also the spa, haven't had a chance to check out the swimming pool refurbishment but I heard it was great.
Services and staff are excellent at Antrim forum. The hours for classes are v accommodating. It offers a variety of classes that I think suit most people's needs. I hope it continues to grow in the way that it has been and always keep up to speed with what all ages and abilities want.

The Sixmile Leisure centre is right in the centre of Ballyclare. It has geat facilities with lots of activities for every level of fitness. The staff are very friendly and so helpful. If it's your 1st visit they will guide you through the various activities.
