Lovely upgrade made to the centre. Reception staff are very helpful and so are the workers in the gym and staff that set up table tennis for my daughter as a last minute booking was excellent!

Swimming pool & studio refurbishment great.
Air temp in pool changing area warm. Was more comfotablr when pool first re-opened & air con was in use more.
Centre is always clean and offers a wide range of classes. Staff are all very friendly, instructors knowledgeable and go out of their way to make classes tailored for your needs as well as fun.

Great staff who are very cheerful and pleasant.
Some super classes and a wide range to suit everyone. Trainers to include Paula, Claire and Roisin are always on time and very enthusiastic and motivational.
My only complaint which I raise in every feedback is the 6am booking system for classes which don't start until 10am or later. I along with others cannot understand the need for this.
I'm awaiting to hear the results from the online questionnaire which collected views from members on booking start time. However the results may not be that valid as this was circulated to all members and not specifically to those who book classes.
Love the centre, instructors are brilliant, staff are friendly and the centre is really clean.
Swimming pool refurbishment is a great job.
Non slip tiles around the pool and the refurbished changing area and showers are very welcome

I love the new learner pool and all the new clean toys and swimming aids. I haven’t used the gym as I use crumlin but I come for the gorgeous spa .
Caveman capers and the sensory room are very good . The staff are very understanding of autism .
