It is a very inviting centre. It offers such a wide variety of classes and sport. It is a very busy centre with plenty of life about It covers all ages from young children to pensioners There is a good lot of staff to deal with everyone’s needs It has given pensioners a whole new life and gets them out Love this centre.

The staff are all pleasant and helpful. Great facilities to offer all ages. The refurbishment on the changing area for pool is brilliant job. Like the fact the small pool has been changed to allow more use.
I personally enjoy the pool which has been nicely cleaned and love using the spa facilities as the two together help me cope with chronic pain.
I would love to see some nice colourful painting on some area in the pool as it is very white and clinical looking.
Only negative can be difficult with gaining entry to the spa now. The booking system did work really well and sometimes it really feels that there are too many in that area. I still love it though and it does help me a lot!

The staff at Ballyearl are some of the friendliest I have come across at any of the council leisure centres. They always greet you with a smile and a hello on the way in and say bye on the way out, something I don’t encounter at the Valley Leisure Centre. With it being a smaller leisure centre there’s definitely much more of a personal touch.
Friendly staff, plenty of equipment, rare to see any broken/damaged machines, app works well at all times, facilitators v experienced, never too busy, excellent choice and variety of classes.
