Good variety of classes and easy to book. Only issue is that some classes get booked very early and closer to the actual class time there are a lot of last minute cancellations. waiting lists are a good idea but not much use if you live 10miles away from the leisure centre. Maybe introduce some form of penalty on those who continually cancel.
Pilates class
I’ve recently joined the Move family membership and I am really pleased with all that is available with it.
However, I do think that you need to reconsider that when one of the children reach the age of 18 they then have to change to an independent membership (which is still very expensive even with the discount) .
If they are still at school I think they should be exempt from this. It’s unfair that their peers in school won’t have to pay anything extra if they have a late birthday.

The Valley Leisure Centre is in a great location with very friendly and helpful staff offering a comprehensive range of sports and activities.
Range and availability of activities
The staff are amazing very helpful and always cheerful. When they aren't helping customers they are cleaning and hoovering. The place is always spotless
Everything is available, however, it would be wonderful if it was open from 5.30am for people who start work at seven. The gym is fully equipped but can be a bit hectic.
The staff are fabulous - always helpful and can assist when required! The centre is always clean and tidy! Classes are great and gym is good but can be busy an extension would be great to accommodate all the new users of the centre! It is great to see improvements being made the car park is being resurfaced which is great!
