It caters for the whole family. I use it for the gym, my kids learn to swim here and also get to play at play one! Great for the whole family.
The centre is well run clean and friendly.
Ballyearl is the jewel in the crown, excellent location, excellent staff, a great range of classes.
The only minor criticism would be that exercise studios, Doagh room are not big enough.
After some initial problems with the app, it seems to be working fine now.
Car parking can be an issue at times. Is it necessary for council vans to park lower car park?
Spaces are also lost with installation of recycling bins and swept up leaves.

Can I ask what is happening about the cafe? it’s disappointing that there is no real social place currently in Antrim Forum.
I live locally and it is a great facility to have on my doorstep. I use the fitness centre about 3 mornings every week. It allows me to maintain fitness but equally as importantl enables me to meet other regular users, many of whom I now consider as friends.
Clean, friendly & a good atmosphere.
I love all the staff are amazing at the valley! My favourite instructors are Paula J and JD they both just make you feel so welcome in any class I go to. They both great you with a big smile and a friendly hello. I used to feel very nervous going on my own to work out or go to a class and now I’ve been going since November and absolutely love it!
Range of sports/ activities available. Early morning opening is great. Friendly staff.
