The staff are professional but friendly. The centre is well equipped. It is not too big so everything easy to locate. I took part in a class on Monday evening and the instructor was brilliant. She catered to each person's individual needs.

Friendly staff and modern equipment
Ballyearl offers excellent gym experience and classes for beginners and mature adults. The equipment is modern and varied and suitable for all types of activities and training.
The staff are experienced and knowledgeable and very helpful for newcomers. There are a wide variety of classes to suit all ages including classes to help members with balance and strength and mobility issues.
I would strongly recommend to my friends and family. I particularly like the social aspect of meeting new members who become friends.

I have been a member of the Valley Leisure centre for years,.firstly playing netball for them, a long time ago and playing squash. But in the last lot of years using the gym and sauna , All staff I encounter are very helpful and friendly. I like to do some exercise most days and find the facilities , gym, sauna showers very good as are all of the staff staff.

The only down fall is the swimming pools or very cold.

The gym at Ballyearl is well equipped, clean and tidy.

Love the Zumba classes Would like to see outside tennis courts there’s plenty of room on in land. And rather than just aerobics for seniors maybe pelvic floor work not just general pilates as this isn’t suitable for all
Helpful staff
The staff are generally very good and helpful, however, we use the centre for playing Table Tennis and the condition of the tables and the nets are getting worse. Each time we book our sessions it often takes about 5 - 10 mins of our time to fix the nets or posts. Since each session lasts for 45 mins you can appreciate how frustrating it is every week. We have reported this before.
